What is a real estate syndication? 

A real estate syndication is an efficient an effective way for investors to pool their finances and intellectual resources together to invest in projects on a larger scale than an individual investor could afford to or manage to complete individually. 

What is passive real estate investing?

Passive real estate investing is when you invest your finances into real estate without having to do any of the work, planning, or managing, and you generate a profit. This gives you more time to focus on other things that matter to you.

What is the minimum investment?

The minimum investment is set at $50k. 

What is a PPM?

The PPM or Private Placement Memorandum is a legal document required by the SEC  provided to prospective investors and describes the offering, risks, includes the partnership agreement, investment summary and subscription agreement. The subscription agreement is what the investors will review, sign, and includes basic information about investments, terms, and other very important details.

Can I use my Self-Directed (SD) IRA or 401k to invest? 

Absolutely. Just make sure that when using your SD-IRA you carefully consider and  understand any tax rules and regulations associated with using these funds for investment purposes. Please be sure to consult with your CPA to ensure you are making the best decision for you.


What happens if we have a hardship and want to get out of the investment before the property is sold or cash-flow is made? 

The investment should be considered non liquid investment. As a result of the initial non liquidity as a partner with you, we will review your issue to see if their is something that can be done based on your individual circumstances. 

Do you accept foreign investments?

Yes, provided U.S. Securities Laws are satisfied. Foreign investments are reviewed and only accepted on a case by case basis.

What is an accredited investor?

An accredited investor, in the context of a natural person,
includes anyone who:
earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000
together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years,
and reasonably expects the same for the
current year, OR has a net worth over $1 million, either alone or
together with a spouse (excluding the value of the
person’s primary residence).

What is a sophisticated investor?

A sophisticated investor has sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to make them capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment.
